What people ask us before they order.

How much does web hosting cost at BTU?
Plans start at €7.48 per month, billed monthly. Paying yearly cuts the price by 20%. Prices are final, in euros, and the invoice is issued automatically.
Do you move my site from another host for free?
Yes. Send us the login details for your current host and we move the files, databases and email accounts. Your old site stays online until the DNS change.
How long does activation take?
The account, cPanel and SSL certificate are created automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. With a bank transfer, activation starts when the money arrives.
How can I pay?
By card, right on the site, or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Prices are in euros and you get an invoice for every payment.
Can I upgrade to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Move to a higher plan or to a cloud server when you need more resources, without moving the site by hand.
Do I get daily backups?
Yes. Every hosting plan has automatic daily backups, and you restore them from the panel.
Is the SSL certificate free?
Yes, on every hosting plan and for every domain. If you need an OV or EV certificate, see the SSL certificates page.
Can I register a .ro domain with you?
Yes. Register it as part of your order, or use a domain you already own at another registrar.
